坐遊輪前住了兩天，旁邊有軟件園區，交通方便，早餐可以，特別是大堂一面玻璃牆，對著一個熱帶雨林，窗景震撼

We had called ahead to our family who were also staying on site and they let the front desk know our flights were delayed and we would be checking in late. They said no problem, they have until 2 am. We arrived just before midnight and they told us they were overbooked and had no rooms left except for one with no AC. . I guess having a confirmation booking does not matter any more. Very upset after a long day of traveling and booking a couple months in advance!!

For the most part was ok. However, I had to argue multiple with the. check-in desk about certain aspects of my reservation. My reservation came with free breakfast and complimentary drinks. When I checked in the clerk insisted that breakfast was NOT free, that it was an extra charge and even when I showed her my reservation information she disregarded it. I finally had to activate my phone's 訂房網站 app and go to her supervisor who finally acknowledged the amenities and showed her how she was wrong. I should not have had to do that.
